Return and Refund Policy
7 days change of mind
Premium Fence offers a seven-day Change of mind policy. If you want to return any unused or unopened products purchased by customers within seven days after purchase, Premium Fence will accept the return of any unused or unopened products purchased by customers in Premium Fence. Customers cannot damage or graffiti the products they want to return for a refund. If customer wants to post the product to Premium Fence for a refund, customer can only attach the mailing information or sticker to the mailing package.
Return and refund steps:
- Please contact us by email for the item you would like to return and refund and send us the photo and invoice number of the product customer want to return and refund.
- After receiving the email, Premium Fence will reply to the customer within 3-5 working days.
- Customers are required to return their products to Premium Fence ‘s employees with signatures from both parties, Premium Fence’s staff will check that the returned products comply with Premium Fence’s return and refund policy, and if so, Premium Fence will refund to the customer’s account as soon as possible.
- Customers are required to notify Premium Fence by email after receiving the refund from Mix Steel.
Remember: not all products are returnable, please communicate clearly with Premium Fence staff before returning the products.
